Ti-30xxis degrees, minutes, and seconds

To convert degrees, minutes, and seconds to decimal degree equivalent using TI-30xiis.
For this example I'm going to use 12° 35' 28"

1.  Make sure your calculator is in degree mode.



2. Type the number for degrees, followed by the degree symbol.






















3. Type the number for minutes, followed by the minutes symbol.
























4. Type the number for seconds, followed by the seconds symbol.



The result: 12.59 rounded to the nearest hundredth.

Round walls


In this tutorial, I will show you how to draw a round wall using sweet home 3D. 

To create Round walls: 
1. First, select the "create wall" tool.
2. Click and drag, before you click again to end the wall, press and hold down the control key on your keyboard.
3. Click again, and the half a circle will spear. 
4.  Now, repeat the same process for the second half or the round wall. 

To create the round floor:
 
5. Select the “Create room” tool. 
2. Double click inside the round walls. 




Adding the roof

Removing the background from an image


Below you will find a video, as well as step by step instruction, on how to remove the background from an image using inkscape. 
1. Outline the image using Bezier Tool (Shift+F6)
2. Using Edith Path Tool (F2) adjust the lines so they fit the image.
3. With the outline still selected, use Select Object Tool (F1) hold down shift key on your keyboard and select the background image.
4. Go to “Object”, “Clip” and “Set
5. Now you can import the new image.
6. Resize the new background image.
7. Click on “lower selection to bottom” or the end button on your keyboard
